Ergonomics
How you hold your camera matters!
Kind of like a burger when you hold it with one hand the bacon falls out, lettuce goes crazy, mayo and mustard fall all over your clothes. It is just simply not the best idea to hold a burger with only one hand.
When holding a camera body, always default to holding it with both hands. When using both hands is not on option, the best thing to do is place the camera on a flat surface.
